1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

• "dewa6", "we", "us", "our" refers to the gaming platform operated under the dewa6 brand, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who creates an account, accesses, or uses any service offered by dewa6.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration with dewa6.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting markets, casino games, and related features offered through the dewa6 platform.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by the User to their dewa6 Account balance through approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process by which a User requests to transfer funds from their dewa6 Account balance to their personal bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives awarded to Users as part of promotional campaigns.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a User must turn over (bet) bonus funds or winnings before they become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use dewa6 services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. We strictly enforce age verification and reserve the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing our services.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion program, either on our platform or with any other gaming operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or using the platform for commercial purposes beyond personal entertainment.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP)
• Valid email address to which you have exclusive access
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Date of birth and residential address
• Preferred username and secure password meeting our security requirements

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any remaining balance.

2.3 Account Limitations

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with dewa6. Creating multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately close all accounts associated with the individual
• Void all bets and transactions across all related accounts
• Confiscate any remaining balances and bonus funds
• Permanently ban the individual from creating future accounts
• Report the activity to relevant authorities if deemed appropriate

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

dewa6 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Indonesian national identity card (KTP)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identity document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 7 days of our request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners without alteration or editing.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends
• Log out from your account when using shared or public computers
• Immediately notify dewa6 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You acknowledge that you are fully liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. dewa6 shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Employing automated betting systems, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or identity
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access our source code
• Engaging in bonus abuse or circumventing wagering requirements through coordinated betting
• Creating accounts on behalf of minors or allowing minors to access your account

Violation of any prohibited activity provision will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Verification

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made by someone other than the account holder) are strictly prohibited. If we detect that a deposit originated from a third-party source, we reserve the right to:

• Void any bets placed using those funds
• Suspend or close your account pending investigation

4.3 Currency

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

In compliance with international anti-money laundering standards, dewa6 requires that all deposits be wagered at least once before becoming eligible for withdrawal. This means you must place bets totaling at least the amount of your deposit before you can withdraw both the deposit and any winnings. Attempting to use our platform purely for fund transfer purposes without genuine gaming activity is prohibited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

• Withdrawing immediately after meeting minimum wagering requirements without genuine gameplay

Users found guilty of bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings confiscated, and their accounts may be permanently closed.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on dewa6 are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are considered valid and final once the "Place Bet" action is confirmed by the system
• It is your responsibility to verify that bet details (selection, stake, odds) are correct before confirming
• dewa6 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud or error
• In the event of obvious errors (incorrect odds, misplaced betting markets), affected bets will be voided
• Betting limits and maximum payouts vary by sport, league, and bet type

7.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results provided by relevant sports governing bodies. In cases of disputes:

• Football (soccer) bets are settled according to the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time), unless otherwise specified
• Abandoned or postponed matches are voided unless explicitly stated otherwise in market rules

10. Limitation of Liability

• dewa6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 90 days preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, or government actions
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and may perform maintenance without prior notice

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of our service, you must:

2. Provide detailed information including your account username, date and time of the incident, and relevant screenshots if applicable

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewa6 is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure:

• Any remaining account balance (excluding pending bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method
• You must complete any outstanding wagering requirements before closure
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened except through a formal request to customer support

12.2 Involuntary Account Termination

dewa6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Your account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months
• We are required to do so by regulatory or legal authorities

Upon termination for breach of Terms, dewa6 reserves the right to confiscate any remaining account balance.

13. Amendments to Terms

dewa6 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email notification or prominent website announcement at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must close your account and cease using our services.
